Koala Residential's philosophy has always been design first.  For the home owner, It can be the most exciting aspect of the project, it is where we take your ideas, wishes, and wants and make them a reality.  If you want to use your own contractor , bid your project out, or general contract the project yourselves it is the architectural plans that will make that a possibility.    Our "Blueprint" for a successful project is: Design what you want and leave nothing open for interpretation.

Re-imagining the cape: 2016

Reinventing the prototypical cape.  Working within the existing footprint, and adding some much needed curb appeal, this 1950's stalwart was brought back to life for a young professional couple, the doodle, and the new baby.
